City and feelings
51% of city dwellers associate the word "city" with convenience, 26% associate it with stress.
Regardless of which city they call home, urban residents have contradictory feelings about where they live. While they have formed an emotional relationship with their city, overall, and are satisfied with the conveniences of urban life, they nonetheless find urban life stressful and believe that urban economic and social living conditions are not optimal. However, despite these faults, city dwellers cannot imagine living anywhere else. Living in the center of a universe they perceive as a system of interactions, they define for themselves the conditions that make them happy by choosing how to respond to the city's many demands and possibilities.
